The room was absolutely brilliant with separate bedroom and great views down the valley plus most privacy, truly enjoyed our time there.

The restaurant was great with a great menu, I tried warm dishes. I could use a ceiling fan and a separate lounge.

I booked well decorated and well-appointed room with air conditioning, a big balcony, and a safe box.

The rooms were unique and modern with required things, like climate control and a TV area. The location was amazing - just next door to several areas and lush forest.

Everything was perfect, so were delightful views over the valley. Room was nicely decorated and well-appointed with an adjoining terrace, a small mini fridge, and a ceiling fan. The breakfast was astonishing and large; included toast and cakes. The staff was proactive - I would book again.

It has unbeatable and excellent location to UVA Halpewatte Tea Factory. It's also not far from a local restaurant in town as well as the valley.

The restaurant was pleasant for breakfast and dinner here, I had hot dishes. And there was a pleasant view over the hills.

Atmospheric small hotel in stunning location in the food selection. Gorgeous and impressive rooms with good staff. Location close enough to the 9 arch bridge, and the adjacent hill. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Eden nearby...

The queen room we stayed in were reasonably spacious on the balcony. It was nice to have a little refrigerator, a ceiling fan and a safe.

Sumptuous breakfast with another beautiful view and latte, worth to decide on it. Beautiful and lovely location for Ella, near both the 9 arch bridge, a short slope and the restaurant, reception, the spa, the pool, or the property entrance. Also, on a bigger hike.

The breakfast was large with the view, and the pool was good. Stunning and magnificent location really close to lush forest as far as the eye can see, the train station and the buzzing, high octane tourist centre, I felt safe. Café Cafe Eden located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Facilities were amazing, though Wi-Fi was slow.

my double room with a balcony and stunning views was neat. it had a great and magnificent location short walk to high octane tourist centre of ella, a hill overlooking a tea plantation and the 9 arch bridge which is a must see in ella. also, honey bee garden was located only 1 km away, could easily get there.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in the mountains just outside of a bustling town. The lush forest surrounding the hotel created a tranquil atmosphere that was so relaxing. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with an amazing view from the balcony. The enormous bathtub was a luxurious touch, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The shower was excellent, providing a refreshing experience. The attention to detail in the room was impeccable, making me feel pampered throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight, not only for the delicious food but also for the stunning view that accompanied it.
